If your iPhone or ipod touch is always a bit 'gruff, crashes and freezing, there are things you can do to solve the problem and ensure it never happens again.

Reboot
IPhone / Touch is actually a pocket computer and as with all computers running if you can start on the left for days or weeks at the end of it, a few questions that develop crash occasionally. If you rotate the device or screen, if the power button on top "is notactually completely closed, but enter a sleep mode in a similar way on your computer desktop.
