Not long ago my hard drive crashed and with it went my entire iTunes library with nearly 10,000 songs. At first, I panicked, then I remembered that the entire collection was on my ipod. When I got my new PC, I thought that I was able to iTunes and sync again to install. I was totally wrong.

In its default setting, iTunes only allows the transfer process on a path to follow – for your ipod from your computer. If your computer's music library is empty, synchronize> For the empty library meaning everything will be deleted on your ipod. Fortunately for me, I thought before I clicked the Sync button.

After I discovered that is suggested is an option, I started to Google and search for solutions. I have read some tutorials on how to transfer data on my own. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable doing it yourself. I have invested thousands of dollars in the music library, and I have confidence in my own ability to transfer songswithout spoiling anything.

I was relieved when I got a couple of programs to help people in the situation I found myself reading about many of my research and evaluations before they finally discovered the location Lenogo iPod / iPod Touch / iPhone to PC Transfer Program. There are several programs I PIU 'PICKS we finished. I chose this particular program than the others, because he offered a free trial version, where I couldTry before you buy, and why the reviews were positive.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use the program was surprised. I downloaded the free trial version and in my new computer is installed. I then my iPod to the computer, not (close iTunes when you try to load automatically) and then run Lenogo.

Once everything started, I could see all the songs on my iPod from Lenogo Software. Then I selected allSongs and chose a folder copied on my new computer, where I wanted. After about 15 minutes I was done. I saved all my songs and now they had secured the new computer.

After I launched iTunes again and all the music from the folder that I saved the music and re-sync the iPod. It worked without a hitch. If you are in this situation, do not sweat. Their music is not lost forever!

Nokia N91 Mobile Phone Review

The Nokia N91 is the closest mobile phone that Nokia produce to an ipod. It comes equipped with a 4GB hard drive, equivalent to that of an ipod Nano. In storage terms the Nokia N91 can hold up to 1000 songs and represents the first real steps of useful convergence between mp3 players and mobile phones.

Nokia have really considered the implications of having an MP3 player on a mobile phone, rather than just adding taking it on as an additional feature like so many other mobile phone manufacturers do. The phone supports a wide range of formats including MP3, AAC and AAC+. There is an inbuilt play list management function that makes it easy to find and tag your favourite songs. There is a dedicated music player key, enabling you to switch between traditional mobile phone functions and the music player.

A feature that is really appreciated on the Nokia N91 is the 3.5mm audio jack. This allows you to use your existing headphones when listening to music instead of being constrained to using the supplied headset, which is coincidentally very good. Sound quality is excellent, even when connected to external speakers.

The display for the Nokia 91 is crisp and of a very high quality. It displays 262,000 colours (standard on most Nokia N series phones) and displays 176 X 208 pixels. The camera on the N91 is 2 megapixels, although there is no flash, so don’t expect t be using the phones’ camera at night time.

Connectivity is also excellent. As well as the expected bluetooth connectivity, the N91 also comes equipped with usb 2.0 and wi-fi. Wi-Fi is especially useful as it does not require you to sit at your computer to transfer data and songs. Wi-Fi does however use up a lot of battery power, so it is advised that have your charger nearby if you are using this connectivity method.

As far as physical appearances go, the Nokia N91 dazzles with its slim and sexy design. The chrome finish adds a real touch of class. It’s size is very good considering it is both an MP3 player and a mobile phone.

Overall if you are looking for a mobile phone that can truly replace your MP3 player than this is it. It has great functionality and enough storage for your songs so that you will not be bored on the move. A fantastic phone available at a fantastic price.
